Client Journey
Creating your bespoke, cabinetry piece could not be easier.
Although every piece we create is unique and tailored to each clients specifications, we have developed a streamlined process to easily help your ideas come to life.
Client consultation
Once you make initial contact with Luxcros Wood Design through our consultation form, your journey is underway.
When the client consultation form has been completed including your inspiration photos, a photo of your space and some rough measurements we aim to give you an approximate quote for your project within 24hours.
Design phase and fitting
All our clients receive a detailed, 3D rendering of their project in order to easily visualise the final piece and also to make any changes before fitting.
When the renderings and designs are finalised we can then fit the project.
Concept development and site visit
If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange a site visit to discuss details and measure up. Our site visit fee will apply for this, but will be taken from the projects final balance.
Following a site visit we can provide you with an official quote and fitting date. A 50% deposit must be paid in order for a fitting date to be secured.
